Clock-ins from the phone, with location checks.
Clock in, clock out, breaks and off-site duty, with a timer running on screen. To confirm employees are on site, you can turn on geofencing, fake-GPS blocking and selfie check-ins, and have them clock in at a Clockey station with an NFC tag or over Bluetooth. Report times come from the server. When there's no signal, the report is saved on the phone and sent once the connection is back.
What's in the module
Geofencing & fake-GPS blocking
Clock-ins are accepted only from the work site, according to company policy (no GPS, best-effort or mandatory). Spoofed locations are blocked.
Selfie, NFC & Bluetooth
A selfie at clock-in and clock-out when the company requires one. Employees can also tap an NFC tag, or clock in at a Clockey station that recognizes the phone over Bluetooth.
Server clock
The time comes from the server, so changing the phone's clock doesn't affect the report.
Offline reporting
Reports wait in a queue and go out automatically once the phone is back online. Meanwhile the screen shows "waiting to sync" with the reason.
Reporting rules
Block reporting at set hours and in months locked for payroll, and set permissions for each action. When a report is blocked, the employee sees a message explaining why.
Home & lock-screen widgets
Shift status, clock-in time and the timer stay visible while the app is closed. Available on iOS and Android.
How different industries use it
Clock-in works only inside the boundary drawn for the site, and any breach triggers an instant alert.
Each site has its own clock-in zone, and the hours go to that site's client.
A clock-in zone for each site, including sites that move.
