Clockey respects your privacy. In line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment 13, this policy explains what we collect on this Site, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Details you provide: name, phone, email, company, role, employee count and your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, for security and spam prevention.
• Attribution: campaign parameters (UTM), landing page and partner code, if you arrived via a partner.

How we use it

• To get back to you, schedule a demo or prepare a quote.
• To fulfil shop orders and issue invoices.
• To send marketing messages, only with your explicit consent, per §30A of the Communications Law. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the Site working (e.g. your cart and a 90-day partner attribution). Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) load only after you consent in the cookie banner.

Sharing

Data is stored in Company systems and with infrastructure providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, email). We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
